Dreams - Livingstone

We dropped into Dreams in Livingston as we were looking for a new mattress. Ann came forward to serve us and I said we were just having a look round . She said she would explain the lay out of the shop floor first then leave us to look around . Told us her name and said if we wanted to know anything just ask . Occasionally she popped over and asked if we were okay and offered more information about the products we were looking at . Told us all the discounts we could have with different items . When it came to information on the different beds there was nothing she didn't know . We had only gone in for a look but we got so much information on all the products that we ended up buying a bed frame , mattress and protector. We came away feeling we had got a good deal and had been treated like VIP's . Would recommend Ann and Dreams to all our family and freinds

They had the beds I was after and Lorand was both pleasant and friendly.

Lorand was very friendly. Listened to our requirements and issues and was able to guide us patiently through the product selection process. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and I would happily recommend him to anybody looking for help and advice on purchasing beds, mattresses or indeed pillows where his knowledge was almost encyclopaedic.

Relaxed attitude of your staff. No pressure !

Friendly helpful staff. We were encouraged to try different mattresses at our own pace so we could make the right choice. We were given different pillows to try which resulted in us buying those as well. The staff even made us coffee while we were there. New bed arrives on 15th Oct.
