I got what i was looking for

Ann provided assistance to us as soon as we got in the store and spent a lot of time understanding our needs and ensured we saw a huge variety of products.

Was meet with Ann at your Livingston store. Only went in for a look at pillows. Explained about my partner's back pain. Ann listened and nothing was too much trouble. Ended up ordering a mattress, 2 x pillows and a kingsize duvet. There was no pressure and took time to listen without being pushy

Staff readily available - no hanging around

Ann who served us was very pleasant and helpful. She gave us lots of information about the mattresses we were looking at in an efficient and helpful way. We were offered tea or coffee.

We were allowed to browse before an offer of assistance. We had an idea of what we wanted in the product (a mattress) and were offered a selection to suit our requirements. With the help and patience ( I take a while deciding) of our assistant, Ann, we managed to get it down to two before deciding on "the one". Price wasn't too important as we don't mind paying for quality when it's for an item we need to last or for the sake of our well being. We were offered refreshments from staff members while concluding the sale and while selecting bedding accessories. The staff at the Livingston store are extremely helpful, friendly and professional and we would most definitely recommend that particular store to friends and family.

There was know pressure the salesman was very helpful told us what we wanted to no and offered us a coffee and told us if we require any more information not to hesitate to give him a shout. He told us about the interest free and the free assembly. We only returned to this shop because of the salesman he couldn't do enough for you.

We came into the store extremely unknowledgeable about buying a new mattress and had little idea about what we needed. The assistant (Hassan - B229) was excellent, he had a very friendly manner and was extremely welcoming. He guided us through the entire process, discussing with us our needs preferences within our budget. We felt completely comfortable and were not put under any pressure to purchase. We were delighted with the process and would certainly use Dreams again based on this experience. Hassan specifically deserves particular praise.

We had visited Dreams last weekend looking to purchase a new mattress. The staff were friendly enough but we chose to think over before purchasing. Today we visited your Livingstone branch and were assisted by Lorand. He gave us much better advice and assistance, allowed us time and space to contemplate, and assisted us to come to our decision. He was, for us, the perfect sales assistant. We have tried out various mattresses in a few different stores and each of us, independently, came to the conclusion that the M-line was the most suitable for us, despite the hefty price tag. We are excited to receive it next month.

Great layout and selection. Lorand had excellent product knowledge.
