Steph who was the lady that served us was very experienced in her job.Everything explained in full detail my order was done in no time and it was a pleasure to shop at Dreams everything was so clean and well displayed.I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends.

The sales assistant (Lorand) was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. He was very helpful and guided me through every aspect of the sale. He never hurried me and my mum in any way. This is the second bed I have bought since moving into my flat 8 months ago. The first one was quite cheap and tbh I got what I paid for - rubbish. This time I wanted to make sure I got the correct bed and was over the moon to get the bed I wanted in the sale along with a beautiful headboard that was ex display with a large discount. Very pleased with my purchase and a lot of this was down to the expertise of the sales assistant - Lorand

We went to get a new mattress we shown various ones that might suit us and there was no pressure to buy.

We were given the opportunity to try out the full range of mattresses, and then left alone to try the ones we liked again. No pressure.

Hamish was the adviser that dealt with us . He spent time showing us our options and was very accommodating and friendly .
