Customer service was excellent

We were left in peace to try out various matress. When we had made our decision, the assistant was readily available to go over all factors related to our order to ensure we were buying the best mattress for our needs

Our server Hassan was very pleasant, did not not pressure me of my partner to buy anything. We were very unsure what type of mattress we wanted and he gave us a 'Tour of Mattresses' talking through all the types and their pros/cons (whilst trying out each bed) and pointed us in the direction of the types we liked and the correct softness or firmness we wanted. As we have recently moved into a new home we were a bit tight with money and he gave us a partial discount which helped as we also bought a large bed frame with the mattress. He explained everything well (about delivery, as we bought a clearance mattress we could not exchange etc). Would recommend Dreams based on this.

Highest level of customer service I've ever experienced. The gentleman who served me have had knowledge about mattresses. Lorand was very friendly and we were offered tea and coffee too.

Ann was very friendly and helpfull, highly knowledgable about your products and assissited us in trying the various beds on display, you should be proud of her

The Assistant Ann was well above helpful. She even told me how to make pompoms for my charity knitting. I was offered coffee, tea or water. Totally outstanding service even though I was only buying a headboard

Ann was the lady that helped me and took a lot of trouble to measure every bit I asked her to without any pressure. She took a lot of trouble to check things out for me. I did go and check out a Competitor nearby but as she had been so good I returned to this Store and would do so again.

I was highly satisfied with our experience from the minute we walked in to the shop the staff were very friendly and helpful showed us everything we we interested in.

On arriving at the shop, we were greeted by a gentleman who assisted us and introduced us to Ann who was very helpful. Her wealth of knowledge was great also. She was patient with my mum who was trying out all the beds and allowed us space to make a decision also. Very helpful and the product which has arrived now is fantastic. absolutely delighted

Ann was knowledgeable but not pushy. She listened to our requirements and was helpful in every way, spending time in a pleasant way without rushing us into making a decision.
