Lilly the shop supervisor was brilliant not pushy and had great knowledge of the products on offer cant prise her highly enough

Michelle listened to our requirements and checked in with us to show us products relevant to our visit and to confirm our interest/close the sale. We felt listened to and valued as customers.

The staff were very pleasant to us, they introduced them selves to us as soon as we entered the shop, they gave us advice on what best suited our needs, they advised us to lie down and feel how comfortable the beds were and gave us the good pillows to try out. They offered a cup of tea or coffee whilst we were doing the paper work. We were only going in to look, and we would never have usually went for something as expensive as this, but we felt confident in the expert advice given to us by the staff.

The staff Ann and Hamish were very welcoming and friendly. We were offered a drink that was very much appreciated especially with the weather we have had. We were given good information and advice and didn't feel pressured into buying anything, because of this we made our purchase.
