Hassan was very friendly and took time to explain products. Also when I returned to the store, I planned to purchase a frame and a mattress elsewhere. After discussing the options, Hassan explained about the price guarantee and sorted it. I ended up saving a lot of money.

Lily was great very helpful. On a second visit the staff helped us lift a duvet from another bed onto the one i was considering so i could see how it would look all together with my wallpaper behind.

We have bought a bed previously with Dreams about 6 years ago and we had a nightmare in the delayed delivery, smashed headboards and rude delivery drivers. So it was with some reticence that we went into the store in Livingstone to order beds for our two boys. However, Lilly the sales assistant was utterly fantastic and she really helped us find what we wanted and in fact we were easily persuaded by her friendliness and professionalism to order our beds.
