from the minute we walked in Ann offered us a drink then showed us the easy way to find our mattress and pillows she was lovely and very clued up.

The assistant was very friendly with the way he greeted us into the shop, offered us tea/coffee etc. The assistance was very knowledgeable about the products in your store and was able to give us advice and point us to the correct product for us. He was very patient and encouraged us to spend time trying the product to make sure it was the right one for us. He was also able to give us advice about the accessories required. We were very satisfied with the service we received.

I used to work at Dreams but was nervous going back because I knew that the products and the way they mattresses were graded had changed, so I was starting from scratch as a customer! We were given a little bit of time to settle into the store before assistant Lorand approached us. He was very welcoming and explained how the grading system worked, found out what we currently had and what we did and didn't like about it. This helped him direct us to a mattress that would fit our needs and made the decision process very easy! To top it off we got some great new pillows and linen to go with the new mattress. And all this while enjoying a nice cup of coffee. If only all shopping experiences were this enjoyable.

Lorand welcomed us as soon as we entered the store. Gave us a quick overview and then asked if we wanted him to show us around. Much better than some.places where they just hound you. Good range out, prices reasonable Lorand also took time to explain about the different mattreses and which would suit our sleeping styles He really spent a lot of time with us and explained everything. We have visited around a dozen bed shops (including another dreams) and this was by far the best visit - the only one where we felt confident enough to buy. Other staff were friendly too. I was invited to use a private room when I had to feed my baby which was also really appreciateD. Thank you

The service provided was friendly and understanding. The person who dealt with us gave us her full attention and clearly listened to what we liked and didn't like. She then demonstrated good product knowledge as she was able to listen to our wants and guide us to more suitable products and explained why! We found the assistant who helped us very helpful and as such would certainly come back to Dreams in the future.
