The service was great and the price of the items we ordered were great as well. Also the delivery time is very quick and suited my shift rota.

Lilly at the Livingston branch was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about mattress tensions and construction which was invaluable in deciding on just the right mattress for our needs. Lilly wasn't pushy and we felt comfortable taking our time trying out various different mattresses.

This was the first time I had been in the store and was highly impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Everyone was very professional and extremely efficient. We knew to a certain extent what we were looking for but was not looking forward to having to try numerous beds and had been putting the purchase of a new bed off. Lilly made it very easy. We told her what we were looking for. She showed us the beds we should try. Explained the differences between them.We got it down to 2 beds and we were left in peace and quiet to keep moving between the 2 beds. We were aware she was available at any time for any questions. Within a short period of time we had made our mind up.
