The assistant Lilly was very helpful and gave us good advice and help during the process of choosing the right bed for us and was really painless. She was also really helpful when I thought we had ordered the whole divan but infact it was only the mattress but she changed our order for us over the phone and was very helpful and professional. Good choice of beds.

The Professional Helpful and Friendly way the assistant dealt with us was excellent She was there when needed without being intrusive and that was appreciated We made several visits to the store before purchasing and we we're always greeted with the same high standard of assistance We will be making further purchases in the near future and will certainly go back to Dreams Thank You Mary Hush

Assistant Stephanie was very nice and explained everything , had a lovely cup of tea. Stephanie left us as long as we needed to test the beds until we were satisfied.

I received assistance the minute I walked in the store, the girl was friendly and able to point me in the right direction. She also used her own experience of the products to find something to suit my needs...10 out of 10 for customer service!

We were guided to the product we were looking for and left to look and decide and when we had chosen then the assistant dealt with us quickly.

I visited the store twice over a 2 day period before making my decision and I have to say, both Ann and Lily who helped me were both consistent in information, friendly and welcoming. I liked the way they gave me a few minutes to have a look around before asking if they could help. I hate store staff that pounce on you before getting through the door.

Having never been in a dreams store before I was greeted with a lovely lady who offered her assistance and even offered a cup of tea while browsing around she kept me informed of all the products and answered all my questions never once did I feel it was over the top or if it was to much hassle for her I purchased the perfect bed for my son and will soon be returning for a bed for myself

Ann, your representative gave us excellent advice and help in choosing the right bed, matress and pillows for our needs. She was friendly and knowledgable and allowed us plenty time to try out the various options. The store was easily accessable, easy to walk round , tidy and clean.
