The staff were very helpful and positive, understanding to our needs and patient as were we trying to decide on a bed, making sure that we were choosing the right bed for us. The store was clean and well set out showing off what was on offer and well presented with the price, so you know what you were getting for what price. the purchase process was easy simple and straight forward

We were met by Lorand who looked after us extremely well, excellent product knowledge, no pressure, took a lot of time to explain things to us. Also the friendliness of all staff and the attention of the manager were all most appreciated. There was a happy, good humoured atmosphere in the store and it is obviously a great place to work.

We were attended to the moment we entered the store. The sales assistant was attentive and helpful. We were offered products that were entirely appropriate to our needs . We weren't rushed, we were given adequate time to make our decision and were offered a really good deal. I am looking forward to receiving the bed we ordered!

When entering the shop the staff dis not pounce on is was just a quick hello and told us the layout off the store then left us too look around which we preffered but when we had great assistance from the staff who actually knew what they were selling unlike other stores, so new bed and mattress were purchased

I had great service, Lilly who served me was very polite and helpful, she understood my requirements and made several suggestions. The price I paid for my bed and mattress was fantastic and my delivery date was ideal for my working hours.
