The sales member and team were very friendly and knowledgeable

All down to the male assistant called lorand . He was very helpful and very very knowledgeable about the choice of products . Also he looked like he enjoyed his job very much.

Able to try out various products on the shop and assistance was given by the shop assistant bringing down headboards and placeing them in position to let me see how they looked against the bed I was purchasing.I was even given a coffee while the paperwork was being made up.

Welcomed and lady introduced herself as soon as I walked in. I had earlier looked online and seen exactly what I wanted, as soon as I said what I had been looking at the lady knew exactly what I was talking about and took me straight to the product. I then had a look around the store before settling on buying the product I was first looking at. She described each product that I was looking at very well that I understood, she was very knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about. Later, at the desk when I was placing the order, she told me that she was fairy new to the company, I was shocked as she was very confident and seemed as if she had been there for years. The order was dealt with quickly and delivery was less than a week!!! Overall, the shop layout was easily followed and prices were great and within my budget. The whole experience was dealt with smoothly and very professionally. I already have and will in the future recommend Dreams.

On arriving in the store after only a few minutes we were politely approached by a member of staff enquiring if we needed assistance we said we were just looking around and he said if we needed any help he would help ,he then left us to stroll around the store.When we decided what products we needed he was most helpful and knowledgeable about what we required and with his help we concluded our business and we were happily on our way with bed and bedroom furniture ordered.Probably the most relaxing and unpressured business l have ever received ..Highly commendable throughout !!

Lilly (Livingston) was very good; she answered all questions directly and promptly without trying to throw in the typical sales pitch that we seemed to get everywhere else we tried. We are not interested in where you source your products or why you personally love them, we just want the answers to the questions asked, and her overall product knowledge was very good. She then gave us space and time to think about what we wanted and then clearly and concisely took us through the process of purchasing/delivery etc.. We initially hadn't even planned on making a purchase (we were just meant to be looking for now!) but the products and Lilly were so good we quickly changed our minds.

Kim was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and was in no rush to make a sale, I truly felt I was valued as a person not a walking wallet
