My wife and I didn't really know what mattress we were looking for. Kimberley explained where everything was and asked us relevant questions to ascertain which mattress would be best. Very friendly and no pressure at all to make a purchase. We tried several mattresses and picked one that was best for us. It's a society that people are quick enough to complain, however the customer service really was excellent

Friendly customer service

I felt the assistant was very helpful and didn't try to push any specific brands. All beds I was shown were tailored to my specific needs. She said I could go away and think about it as I had a young child with me and she gave me all the details of the bed and her contact details. It was easy to phone her back and get the bed ordered.

Two members of staff made sure we were looked after. First staff member gave us time to look around and didn't pressurise us in any way. Second member of staff offered the option of tea, coffee or fresh water which was very nice. Point of sale process straight forward and staff explained various areas of purchase clearly and also used a highlighter pen to identify important information within the document. Very thorough and easy to follow this process.

i was highly satisfied because i received a warm welcome into the store and was made at ease and also was very comfortable with the way i was to be allowed to browse.any enquiries i had were soon answered by assistant Ann who most understanding of my needs.
