Ann welcomed us into the shop, asked us a few questions as to what kind of a mattress we were looking for then showed us a few options. She gave us plenty of time to lie on each mattress. To be honest we didn't even know where to start but Ann gave us great assistance, even offering us a wee cuppa tea. The experience was actually very enjoyable. Ann was very knowledgeable about the products and found us the mattress AND pillows we needed.

Ann and Lilly in the Livingston store were extremely friendly without being pushy or overbearing, we were left to wander in peace and when we needed help the knowledge between both ladies was excellent - we were there a while and feel we had a high level of customer service at the right level which overall helped us decide to purchase.

This was my first time buying a bed, and although there were many things to consider, I was guided through everything by Lilly. I was immediately approached and she answered any questions I had enthusiastically. She was very polite and friendly, and was more than accommodating!

The girl who served us was called Lilly she was very helpful and knowledgable and was not pushy in anyway she showed us plenty of mattresses and helped us pick the perfect one . She is a perfect salesperson with great manners

My wife and myself visted ur story in livingston today and we were met by lilly who we initially l told we were only looking she said no problem showed us what we want to look at myself even got a cup of tea i think we there about 30 mins and ended up buying without going else where to look so all in all a good experience in ur shop can only hope the bed is as good

Our assistant was very knowledgeable & took lots of time to ensure we got the best mattress to meet our needs. She was also extremely patient with our 4 year old & all her questions!

Staff really friendly, and Lilly who was dealing with us was really helpful when it came to choosing our mattress. Lilly really knows her stuff when it comes to telling customers about the different types of mattresses. I suffer with sore shoulders and since purchasing a tempur cloud pillow, which was recommended by Lilly I have awake each morning without any pain, which is a god send! Really cant praise Lilly enough, she is a wee star.....
