The Sales person, Jon, made us most welcome with his greeting and attention and excellent knowledge of the products and gave us professional advice and also gave us adequate time to consider the produces to narrow it down to the chosen mattress. Joh was very well trained and organised to process the order and include a small welcome discount on the £1,000 mattress. The paperwork was processed efficiently and with clarity to complete the purchase and advice on contact details for delivery and the like and disposal/recycling of our existing mattress, all within a reasonable 3 week delivery period. The assistant 'Steph' was non-pushy, listened to our requirements, demonstrated her knowledge of the products we were interested in, she was approachable and helpful.

Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly and guided us to the best mattress for us and not based on the highest price.

The staff were right there to answer all questions.they were able to tell you which mattress was good for you.

Sam was extremely friendly and helpful. Used the perfect sleep machine for the first time and Sam was very knowledgable of the products that had been recommended to us, made us feel completely at ease!

Great service polite and friendly store was hot so was offered bottle of water not too pushy showed us a range of suitable beds according to sleep machine in different price ranges.
