Lilly the girl who attended to us was first class, friendly and knew exactly what she was talking about. The other staff present were also friendly and offered refreshments.

Good service

From the minute I showed interest in the Tempur bed and mattress I purchased Ann (sales assistant) was there to answer my queries. She was very friendly and approachable and was very knowledgeable on the product. She explained how the tempur mattress worked and brought over the tempur pillows for me to use whilst trying out the mattress. She wasn't in the slightest bit pushy and gave my daughter and myself a bit of time alone to make a decision. Overall all members of staff in the Livingston branch were friendly which is not something you find in other stores. I never felt pressured into making a purchase at any time furing my visit and will definitely recommend this store to family & friends.

Kimberley was very friendly, proactive in understanding our needs and helping us to identify and select the type of product that best met our needs. We came looking for a replacement mattress, not knowing the different levels of comfort available, she guided us to the best available choice for our needs, arranged delivery and the uplift of our old mattress, at a date that suits our needs and at an acceptable price. She also suggested suitable extra products, in this case a mattress protector, to suit the new mattress, we already have suitable pillows so we did not need to order those.

We were made v welcome on arrival, even offered a cup of tea which I accepted. Lilly was friendly,knowledgeable + helpful. We had a try on several beds +were given as much time as we needed to decide.She explained how each mattress was made + tried to get 1 suited to us.
