Very friendly staff with good knowledge of the product on sale

We received first class customer service from the minute we walked into the shop in Livingston, the sales assistant Lilly was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products available, she allowed us to try out various options which enabled us to make the right decision, there was no pressure to buy. We were given a speedy delivery date and for a reasonable charge were advised that our old bed and mattress would be uplifted for disposal when the new mattress was delivered. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to family or friends, thanks Dreams.

We are moving house so there was a few complications with deliveries but the sales assistant Kimberly was excellent.

Particularly high standard of service from Lorand - customer service is lacking in almost all walks of life these days, almost with a "everyone is as bad as each other attitude" so customer service is dead, but Lorand truely looked to assist, understand, give absolute honesty, even with flaws of certain products building trust and eventually giving advice that lead to happy customer and a sale. Top service and the man deserves a payrise. I thought that kind of service didn't exist anymore.

Your colleague Lilly was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand what was behind our desire for a new mattress. She then took the time to show us the various options and gave us the time to try them out. When we placed the order she also recommended additional products for us to consider. She took and placed our order quickly and was able to confirm the delivery date while we were in the store. We would say that we came away with the feeling that Lilly cares about the service she provides to Dreams customers, is proud of the products you choose to sell and makes every effort to provide an enjoyable shopping experience. She was never pushy but offered advice and information at the right time.
