We quickly found a mattress that suited our needs at a good price. Ordering was easy and the store manager who took the order was incredibly friendly without being overly pushy with extra policies etc.

The assistant, Kim, was excellent. She quickly worked out what type of people we were and treated us accordingly. Also, there was a very good choice of product to suit all price ranges and the beds were well presented. The combination of the two meant that we were almost certain to buy our bed in that shop.

The professionalism and enthusiasm of the young man who served me and the support he received from the store manageress.

Kasim and the store manageress were very helpful and efficient considering the store was very busy and they were the only two assistants. The both were very professional, pleasant and are a credit to your company. I hope my delivery and build are to the same high standard of the service I received from them.

We were made very welcome offered tea or coffee, there staff were not pushy, that puts me off shopping and I usually leave the store. But when I needed assistance I had a very friendly and helpful staff member,Kim. She knew everything about every mattress and offered so much help very friendly. Will definitely recomomend this store to family and friends. Thank you.

The assistant was knowledge able about the products and very friendly,also as my wife is disabled she took time too understand my wife' s needs and took the time not too rush her in showing her the options we had to make our purchase

The friendlyness of the staff are second to none. They are a credit to your shop. Chris was very knowledgeable and what he didn't know he asked a collegue. I was offered a coffee within 5 mins of being in the shop and this made the experience all the more enjoyable. Happy staff, good atmoshpere, plenty to choose from, and with a coffee? What more does a shopper need.
