Friendly staff who took time to go through the available products so we could select what suited us the best.

The sales person Kimberley was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very pleasant made us feel very welcome.

The assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and listened to what we said. He was not pushy, but showed us all the different types of mattress to go with the bed we had chosen. My wife also enjoyed the cup of tea provided!
