I was highly satisfied as the dreams colleague has a various knowledge in procedures and products and was very helpful with advices and offers which I made the best decision for my needs! Also, very friendly joking and offered me coffee and biscuits :)!

we were greeted immediately on arrival, member of staff knowlegeable but not too pushy. We returned and purchased because product was very competively priced.

We had been in another bed shop nearby where no one approached us. In Dreams someone came over right away, explained the store layout, explained everything we needed to know, offered us tea coffe or water, once we neared decision stage went away to let us discuss by ourselves. Then when we were ready to order, that process was quick and also well explained.

Kimberly could not have been more helpful , she helped us make a difficult decision as easy as possible , she even swapped headboards around so we could be sure , we never felt pressured to buy.

I have found the mattress i was looking for for a while. Firm enough, and in the perfect size (small double), even if this size wasn't available in the store(Livingston), they could make an order for me. Lorand was very knowledgeable, and helped me to find the mattresses i was looking for. He even showed me different accessories.

You had exactly what we were looking for - either a sofa bed or single with a pull out trundle. Lilly who helped us had great product knowledge, demonstrated all the sofa beds, listened to our requirements and advised us with making a selection and purchasing mattresses

We were impressed with the speed at which our needs were understood and the store manager pointed us towards some very cost effective beds that we had missed whilst looking for our new spare bed. We chose a pocket sprung bed that was very comfortable for a very good price. The manager then took us through the purchase and waived the delivery charge because we have already paid it on another bed which is coming at the same time. She also changed the delivery address and date of the other bed to come to our new house without any difficulty. We left the store within half an hour achieving everything we needed to, stress free.
