We were assisted by Kimberley to buy three divan beds plus another mattress. Her product knowledge was second to none. Also she listened to our requirements and was patient and understanding and happy to go over info whilst refining our choices, giving us enoughvtime and choices. She definitely enabled us to confidently makecthis big purchase as stress free as possible.

Very knowledgable assistant, not pushy!

My husband passed away last weekend. Our king sized bed was thrown out when he needed a hospital bed. I wanted a new bed that would be comfortable for me as I have some knee and back problems and don't sleep all that well. I was pleased that I was given a chance to pick the bed that seemed the most comfortable for me. The sales person was very knowledgeable about each bed I tried and was willing to spend time to see that I got the right bed for me. I think it is a great idea that if the bed isn't satifactory, it can be replaced.

Kim was very informative and knew exactly what she was talking about , she wen through everything with us and made sure we were 100 per cent happy with our purchase

At the Livingston store, Lilly was so helpful explaining all the different types of mattresses and helping us choose the right one for us...even though we were very picky! She had the time and patience for us and had great product knowledge. She offered us a great deal on what we were looking for...if she hadn't, we would've had to have walked away. I'd definitely return to this store in the future. We are very pleased with the ETA of our order too. Thankyou.

ann made us feel at easy she did not rush us as we found in other bed stores and the first mattress we went to was the one but ann gave us another to test the differance but the first one she had showen us was the one and she new when to stand back and not breath down your back and pressure us a most enjoyable experiance hard to find in today in retail thanks
