Colleague in the Livingston shop lilly was very helpful and she gave us time to have a look and decide what we wanted to buy.

Dreams staff was very kind to me helped me what exactly what I was looking forn. They even made me a nice cup of tea and that was the very first time for me.Thayer made me feel welcome.

My 2 boys had a fallout in the store and the shop assistant,Anne, was absolutely brilliant with them. Anne is a real credit to your Livingston store and I would most definitely go back to her again. All the girls in the store were brilliant and any questions I had they answered with ease.

quickly found out what firmness of bed was most comfortable, shown various types of bed matching required comfort level. explained all of the price ranges available. after making choice was shown care of product and explained aftercare. knowledge of staff throughout tour of range vast, helped us make our choice.

went looking for a mattress, was shown range and tested beds along with pillow to assess which comfort level was best suited, shown range of that style and price ranges. very happy with selection and service received.

I was served by an extremely knowledgeable and friendly assistant called Lorand who was more than willing to take time to help me choose the right bed for me and didn't rush me into buying the product which was excellent.

The girl who served me was extremely helpful and he knowledge of the products was very good too. (Kimberley)

Lilly approached us after a few minutes in the store to ask if she could help. She then gave us pillows and showed us through mattresses going by our direction of what firmness we were looking for. We asked for a minute to discuss our decision and when we were ready she was with someone else. But asked a free staff member to make a drink for us and to take a seat until she was ready finishing off. Excellent service.

the assistants were fantastic, day 1 was Anne, and second day was the young Romanian assistant who was so lovely and delighted when he learned that I had visited his beautiful country as a tourist earlier this year!
