Dreams - Livingstone

We were given a full explanation of the various types of mattress and allowed to spend as much time as we liked trying each one before deciding.

All down to Lorand in the Livingston store. A really nice bloke, please recognise this by contacting him with this feedback if possible

Good atmosphere in the store. Staff were available but not a nuisance whilst browsing. When we asked for assistance the store representative made herself available and was extremely helpful,

Assistant Lily was really knowledgeable and helpful we decided to buy our bed without visiting the other shop we had intended to go to. Ordered efficiently after explaining all our options.

Good choice of product and very friendly and highly professional service.

Sales assistant (Lorand) was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right choice of mattress, base, headboard and pillows. Lorand had a lovely friendly manner and made us feel very comfortable.

The Dreams colleague, Lorand, made us feel very valued as a customer. He was very exceptional in his knowledge of the merchandise we were considering. As well as being friendly, he never made us feel we were compelled to hurry a descision. He was thorough in explaining many features and benefits of the merchandise. Once we had descided he made sure we understood everything before we made payment.

Staff were really friendly and spent time advising us on our purchase to what would suit us and when talking things through was offered tea or coffee then went into best options for us

Have used Dreams before, so returned again when we required a bed for spare room. Again could not fault the wonderful service Kim gave me. would not hesitate to use Dreams again. Staff always so helpful, friendly and cheerful.
