Bought a few times from this store, all staff are friendly and not in your face like some.

I was served by Lilly she was very helpful she had time to listen and understand what I was looking for testing all different matress then gave me time to make up my mind there were no pressure felt so important customer she even offerd me tea and coffee I couldn't have asked for a better service from Lilly I was very pleased that she had time for me and she new her stuff about all the products that I was looking at once again thanx for a good service

The range of beds and mattresses and other bedding products actually made it difficult to make a final decision on what best met our needs,but we did eventually make a decision. The bedding purchased is now in our bedroom and we look forward to a good nights sleep tonight.

Prompt,helpful,informed and friendly assistance from entering the store until left the store. Offered cup tea or coffee.

Although new to the job, Ann was fairly knowlegeable and, if she couldn't answer a question herself, she consulted a colleague. She gave us time to try out the various mattresses we were interested in and did not pressure us or oversell the product. She was efficient in her paperwork and was courteous to both of us, offering us refreshments also.

Store manager was very polite and efficient and knew exactly what we were looking for and made us very much at ease was very impressed with her overall knowledge.

Friendly from walking into the store, no hard selling gave us product information then left us to decide offering us a something to drink..

Great service. I liked the fact that you can try the 4 bed types & then have that narrow down the choices to those you feel suit you best. I didn't feel the staff or the Manager were pushy sales staff & they showed a very friendly attitude.

Staff realised immediately what we wanted.we were given appropriate choices, and reassured on delivery date.

I found Kimberley to be very helpful without being at all pushy. She was polite and listened to what I wanted. She priced up alternative mattresses & bed designs for me and explained the differences clearly.
