The sales assistant, Robyn (store 229 Livingston) was extremely helpful and patient as we navigated through the different choices available to us. We were not rushed and were given space and time to discuss our options alone.

I immediately saw what I was looking for. The staff member John immediately came to assist and to give details of the product ( how it worked, delivery times etc). An other staff member was extemely helpful and friendly. John was extremely professional, knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the purchase and transaction, putting my needs first. The product was easy to manage, comfortable the exact colour I wanted and at a competitive price.

I saw what I wanted. The staff member told me about the item. I asked how quickly it could be delivered. I was referred to another staff member who told me when I could receive the item. Sale completed. I discussed the protocol of removing old item and the cost of the same.

Robyn who served us was really helpful, and helped us find a good mattress for both my needs and my partner's as we didn't really know what we were looking for.

Jon was very helpful and knowledgable assisting me in finding the perfect bed. His professional service included checking height, weight for the perfect mattress with COVID safe pillow to sample and offering me a cold drink. During ordering he told me there is a 40 night comfort guarantee with the mattress.Very happy overall.

My Wife and I knew the size of bed we wanted and the style of headboard. From there, Sam from the Livingston Retail Park Dreams store was fantastic. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. Sam started by having us lie down on the mattress machine (sorry I can't remember the name of it) and was able to determine which mattress would suit us best. From there, Sam gave us a choice of 3 mattresses based off of the machine results, all at different price ranges. Every choice Sam made was great and we were able to choose from there. Sam's product knowledge was impeccable and she knew which frames were in stock and which weren't. This helped us make our decision. From there, Sam helped us order our items and talked us through our credit options etc and gave us our delivery date. I think both my wife and I were impressed with Sam's customer service and how quick the delivery date was. Great Job Sam!

Greeted at the door. Advice available when we needed it but not pressured. Good social distancing and hand sanitizing stations available. Offered water several times. Knowledgable about products. Very helpful and friendly staff.
