We were provided with excellent service from Lorand. he was extremely helpful when we required assistance. he helpfully offered to move items for us and showed us the products available to us which would meet our requirements. further he allowed us the opportunity to discuss matters on our own before making our purchase.

the service provided was excellent and the sales assistant was not pushy or uncomfortable. he was also very knowledge and polite.

I found i was given a few minutes to browse the products before the assistant came over i explained what i was looking for she proceeded to show me the product i was very satisfied then she encouraged me to try out other products before settling on one. I found this very helpful and gave me a informed choice of the product she also explained the benefits of the product and the bed cover service plan which was a great price and also advised me on a protective cover for my mattress and from the standard to high end again this allowed me to make an informed choice and gave me knowledge that i didn't have before my visit to dreams the assistant that dealt with me from start to finish was called Ann at the Livingston store she was polite pleasant approachable and knowledgeable but most of all friendly with no pressure to buy anything this makes me feel completely satisfied with my purchases on my visit to dreams store today and why i would recommend to family and friends to purchase from dreams if all your staff are this helpful and friendly you have a winning team well done .

We were highly satisfied as we were allowed to enter the store, walk freely for a couple of mins before being approached by a member of staff. Lilly provided us clear direction once we advised the type of mattress we were looking for. Once we had made our choice the additional advice provided, the ease of payment & the excellent weekend delivery option we were given at no extra charge left us delighted in once again choosing Dreams to purchase our new product from.

There was a good selection of different types and grade (firmness) of mattresses which was particularly good for me, as I didn't really know what type of mattress I wanted. The staff were friendly, helpful and very patient (I needed to try several mattresses more than once to be able to make comparisons).

the first ime iv been in a dreams shop , i only seen it today in livingston for first time as i sat in car ,needed a new matress so went in to have a look ,was happy the way my request was handeled and customer service from lilly was exceptional ,polite ,helpfull and def answered all my questions with out any hesitation ,overall my first time visit was excellent ,and im happy with my purchase fantastic price , value for money ,shop was clean and tidy ,layout was very gd , manners within sales was perfect polite , overall very pleasent visit ,there was a bonus off no sales pressure ,i will return to livingston shop to buy ,thankyou mrs j kelly !

Kim completed the order for bed and frame then I suddenly thought my partner may prefer the TV bed. Kim said no problem speak to him and let her know if we wished to change. We returned a couple of hours later changed the complete order and received a delivery date within 10 days. A phenomenal service will def be recommending to friends and family.
