THE ASSISTANT WAS WELCOMING And helpful without being overbearing and pushy I found this refreshing and a return to good old fashion customer service. Her supervisor was also helpful and knowledgeable and I got what I came in for quickly and hassle free....just the way I like it...Thank you

I was not hounded in the store and got the excellent assistance when I required it, It was a real pleasure shopping there and will be back.

Store Assistant Ann was very understanding to my needs and took the time to find the right mattress for me. Ann was friendly and allow me the time i needed to make my mind up. Prices of products are a bit steep but i suppose you have to pay for quality.

I was really impressed with the knowledge that the lady in charge of the shop appeared to have. I have had a spinal cord injury,so,I was very anxious to get a mattress that was suitable for my condition. The staff were all very attentive. I was also pleased with the 40 return policy,if the mattress is not suitable.

The store manager of the Livingston store, Kimberly, approached me when I entered the store. I had no idea what type of mattress, base or headboard I wanted as there is so much choice. Kimberly took time to explain the range of products and ask questions t find out what I was looking for in order to narrow the products down to what was best for me. I even had a cup of tea whilst browsing! She was very friendly and approachable, it just made the whole experience much more simple and less confusing. I will definitely return in the future and I am delighted with m purchases! Looking forward to the delivery!

We liked a wardrope in the clearance sale and were also looking for other items in the same range. The assistant was very helpful in showing us what was available and gave us a catalogue.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and patient (we had a bored 3 year old with us!) we only went in for a look and came out having purchased a bed, mattress, two tempura pillows and a mattress topper! We were offered a choice of hot drinks and the assistant gave the little one a glass of water and a chocolate...happy experience for everyone! Definitely would recommend. We shopped in Livingston branch.

I felt under no pressure to buy at any time. I was asked what product I was looking for and then Lilly explained all the options I had. She let me try out different products and then left me to take my own time to decide, once I had decided she gave me the option to try out things again before purchasing the products. This was a novelty. Normally you walk into a store and you feel that you have to decide on something within 10 minutes of entering. At no time did Lilly make me feel rushed into anything.

Kim asked lots of questions and listened to what we said. She explained all the pros and cons of the beds we looked at. Once she had let us try a variety of beds she left us on our own to discuss and try our favourites again. At no time did we feel under pressure to buy, she also asked us if we would like pillows, mattress protecor etc but again it was not a hard sell which we really liked - something a lot of sales people could learn from - a likeable girl with good knowledge.

Girl in the shop gave my husband and i lots of knowledge of the products and was very helpfull as we did not know a lot about the products that were available to us and also was very friendly .
