During our visit 2 members of staff spoke with us. Both very highly knowledgeable of the products they had on offer which made making our selection alot easier and both were very friendly.

When walking into the store I was greeted straight away. Kimberley (you're assistant) was most welcoming especially for my age (twenty one) most shops don't take to much notice of people my age. Her knowledge was exceptional and she was externally friendly. Upon entering I was after a mattress, I had no idea what type or how to compare these. Kimberly went over the colour coded system that is in place and giving me the opportunity to try each one of each category. After the category was matched I was the allowed to try each of the blue beds (the category I chose. Kimberly's extensive knowledge also played a massive part in my final decision . I was then assisted with the correct pillows and mattress topper that would complete the combination. As far as payments were concerned Kimberly made me aware of the interest free deal and also advised on the great cover plan on offer. The overall cleanliness and layout of the store was also at a very high standard. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone and will also be coming back in the near future. Thank you

The assistant Ann was very helpful and guided through the variety of beds available. She was also very helpful in relation to my medical history and back problem. I would also like to note that she was very pleasant and courteous when dealing with my husband and I. I would certainly recommend the store to other friends.

Kimberley was a delight to deal with. Excellent manner, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions and queries.

The staff were so friendly and gave me and my family a warm and engaging experience. We have two young children and the staff kept them entertained and treated them so well, which helped our shopping experience. As you can imagine taking time to think about your purchases with two young children (both under 5) can be very tough, however due to the staff the whole experience was very easy. Also the member of staff serving us had a very good working knowledge of the beds and mattresses and was able to answer a whole range of questions and concerns we had. She was brilliant.

The products are brilliant as well as the price. However- the highest rating has to go to the assistance at the store. We had Anne who was absolutely amazing with her patience and full product knowledge. Also, Lilly was the best person I have met in customer service when it came to hearing what we needed and working to assist- the both of them went above what I have experienced within the retailer bed purchase customer experience due to their product knowledge, interaction as well as really listening to what we were looking for to accommodate. Thank you ladies!
