Dreams - Livingstone

We were greeted by Kim and asked what we were looking for. On explaining to her she helped by explaining what the shop had and took me to several beds I might be interested in. Any questions I had she answered professionally and was very helpful.

My wife and I immediatele felt very welcome when we entered the store. Nothing was too much trouble and we were ably asiste with our decision making. We were actually treated like "customers".

Everything was what we wanted to find

The assistant Lily was excellent. Not pushy at all and actually took the time to understand what we were looking for. She gave us loads of options, had fantastic product knowledge for each product and was able to give us a great service overall. She was very helpful and genuine, we felt she gave us an exceptional service and due to this, we ended up buying more than we originally anticipated as she had such great knowledge and gave us so many options of 'add ons' Both myself and my husband work in retail and appreciate excellent customer service and she provided this without doubt. A true star, we hope she receives this feedback as she deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication to her job.

This was our first time visiting this store and the last bed store we had visited during out time looking for a new bed and mattress. The store was well laid out and the person who served us was very helpful and pleasant. The assistant spoke to us and also gave us time on our own to discuss out options and what we wanted to do.

Lilly was very knowledgeable and friendly and patient as we had our baby with us.

The assistant (Lilly) was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy!

I have used the Dreams store in Livingston quite a few times as it is ideally local and the prices are excellent, the staff are always friendly and very hekpful in whatever you are looking for in the store to purchase
