Looked on line then went to shop.was not in shop but assistant ordered on line for me.no problems at all.

Staff were pleasant and answered all our questions. We were offered tea and coffee as soon as we entered store and again while we made our purchase

Staff didn't constantly follow us and gave us space and time to try out the mattresses, nice relaxed atmosphere in store

We had great service and were able to try your range of mattresses to accomodate our sleeping habits and body shape in order for us to have a comfortable and relaxing nights sleep. We also viewed a wide variety of beds to find the perfect one for storage to suit our lifestyle. The staff were so friendly and allowed us as much time as we required to make a decision.

The lady that help us (Ann) was very polite and helpful. She talked us through all the different mattresses and pillows. Even offering us tea or coffee. Ann also gave my wee niece a packet of crisps form her own peace box. Which was very thoughtful of her. After trying out different mattresses and pillows with Ann help we got the one for us. Looking forward to a good night sleep when the mattress arrives. Thank to the staff at livingston. For all your help.

Our visit was made so easy and simple. We purchased a lovely tv bed. We where comfortable trying out different mattress's, found the perfect one as me and my husband like different comfort.

THE SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HELPED ME THROUGH A LONG PROCESS OF GETTING THE RIGHT BED AND ALSO SOLVING PROBLEMS RE TO DELIVERY AS I WAS MOVING HOUSE

Ann welcomed us including our young son into the store, she was very friendly and knowlegable about the products and listened to our needs before pointing us in the right direction in store. She left us to try out all the beds.
