Kim was Very Friendly and Helpful offering tea or coffee while we browsed and allowed us time to discuss with each other about the bed and when required she was very attentive supplying the product information needed and explaining the finance options available to us.

The assistant was very helpful and very friendly.Included my nine year old daughter within the process of buying the bed which was for my daughter.Processed the order very quickly and explained exactly what I was paying for regarding the extras that I had purchased ie taking away of the old bed etc.

Kim was very helpful from the start. She took time to understand what we wanted and didn't try to push the sale. We definitely bought more products as a result.
