Very helpful staff but not over pressing

Store colleague was Robyn 229 she explained everything in full of getting the right mattress for my needs and comfort.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because I am in the middle of moving into my new home and Jon who works at Dreams Livingston helped me made the right choice for the mattress/bed and he made sure the items is available to me. Can't forget when Jon gave me a huge discount on a lot of items which have saved me a lot of money.

Jon was brilliant, I also spoke with the store manager John and he was excellent too. I took the sale with Jon and he offered us water and was patient. He was friendly and we had lovely conversations. Fantastic customer service and it’s not often you find it these days!! We bought a bed ottoman bed frame as we have just moved into our place and bought everything during lockdown online, this was our first piece of furniture we Looked at and it was great! Very happy from start to finish. Thank you so much!

I had a very good experience at Dreams. I was invited to use the Sleepmatch machine when I was unsure of which firmness of mattress to get which was very useful. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

When I walked in the sales advisor (John) came over and asked me if I needed any help. I told him that I was just browsing for the moment and he left me to browse on my own and told me to just let him know if I needed any help. I didn’t feel harassed or like I was being constantly watched as I was looking at products. When I did need some help John was more than helpful. I couldn’t decide between two mattresses and John suggested I used the sleep machine thing that would tell me what firmness would be comfiest for me. After that John again allowed me my space to check out the two mattresses to make a decision. I didn’t feel that he was pushy but he was there to answer any questions I had. This made for a really easy shopping experience.

We were greeted upon arrival in the store by a very nice store colleague. The social distancing and hygiene stations were clearly signed. The product in which I bought was clearly labelled and I was able to take this away from the store when purchased. The store assistant was very very helpful when I was purchasing the mattress and even helped to carry it to the car outside. I would definitely recommend going back to the store and will definitely recommend the store to friends and family.

Very friendly and professional staff and were concerned about satisfying our needs and delivered with friendly banter

We bought our bed at the Livingston store and were assisted by Steph, she was very friendly and helpful. So much so we did not make a purchase the 1st visit as we were still shopping about however we returned to see Steph to make the purchase as we were so happy with the service recieved. Often when purchasing this type of item you feel pressured or harassed by staff to make a purchase however this was not the case here. Steph made us feel comfortable and gave us the confidence to make the purchase.
