Store was well laid out and we liked that all the beds were categorised - also very spacious.

I had been in before and had great service from lorand and came back in to buy a mattress service was very good from lorand and the manager Kim everything was explained and I have left happy with a brand new mattress

Lilly, the sales assistant was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She understood what we wanted and was able to advise us accordingly. All in all a very satisfying experience so far.

The assistant was very knowledgable on products and a friendly, likeable salesman. He came over when we arrived and went through all the different types of mattress thoroughly. He explained everything well. We never felt rushed or pressurised and he went away and gave us time to discuss

We needed to get the bed as quickly as possible, whilst one was showing us the beds to try out, another was finding out which beds could be delivered the quickest, most impressed. Will recommend to others.
