The help and support from Loran was exceptional. He put up with a lot from me but remained helpful, friendly and professional. He went out of his way to make sure I made the right choice.

The quality if service provided by Kim was excellent. Her product knowledge was extensive and also the way that the sale was handled was well managed with ample space given to the cusomervto make a decision without being pressurised at all.

Kim from the Livingston store was fantastic! We had two small kiddies with us near closing time, 3yr old and a 5 month old but that wasnt a problem she took her time, ignored (in a good way) the fact that my 3yr old was running around the shop. Priced beds and bases and wasnt pushy to make us choose the most expensive! Cant wait for the bed to arrive, i might not wake up!
