The level of assistance I received was very good, very attentive and the offer for me to call and match delivery of my bed and bedroom furniture to my new mattress was excellent.

Questions asked were all answered quickly and expertly. Delivery was arranged to suit myself. All forms of contact were taken from me to arrange the time of delivery on the day so couldn't miss - important to a busy person like myself.

Very helpful assistant (ANN). Good selection of mattresses and bed frames. Time allowed to make up our minds. We were shown alternatives not on display.

We were offered refreshments but given time to browse with no pressure to buy. Lilly served us, she's a credit to your organisation and should be promoted as she has the correct approach with customers and sales.

We were attended to by Lilly who had a vast knowledge of the mattress's and was very helpful to get us what we wanted. I felt she spent a lot of time explaining the different quality's and when we couldn't make up our mind she gave us a bit of time to re-try we really appreciated this as we weren't sure what we were looking for. On deciding what one to purchase we were offered drinks and a seat while she processed our order and felt this was done very quickly will defiantly recommend Lilly and dreams to my friends .

I have purchased a bed from this store before and always found the staff very approachable and listen to what we require. They always go out their way to make things as easy as possible

We were in more stores but here we got the most help, the Dreams colleague Lorand was very friendly, helpful, he offer drink, he give a lot information. In other store we get better price but here was the most competence.

I explained what type of mattress I was looking for, and this was accepted. No pushing me towards other mattresses, but quietly explaining their advantages, and allowing me to try them and find what suited me. I then went to another store, no fault with them either, but I found dreams had a nicer atmosphere, and that I was speaking with my new friends, not sales people. Thank you dreams.
