As soon as we walked in the shop door the assistant was with us right away helped us from start to finish with our product she was very friendly at all times took time to help up with whatever we asked for.

Lorand was very attentive,knowledgeable and friendly. Took time to explain about various products, assisted us to test them and helped to suggest alternatives and other items to compliment the sale. We found him to be an excellent salesman with a good product awareness and desire to be of most help to the customer.

Sales very likeable and had good nolige of product would return again after having a good experience in your livingstone store they are a credit tot your company although spending money is never a good experience this was this time

Everyone was friendly with our being pushy or overbearing.

The salesperson and the manager were extremely helpful and knowledgable.

The sales person Kimberley was extremely helpful and well informed on all the products. She gave us information and advised that we try all the beds that we wished to do so. She even stripped a made up bed in order that we could try it! Superb customer service! She was not at all pushy but was on hand when needed.

Assistant was very friendly but didn't pressurise us. Gave us time to decide what we needed but was very helpful when we needed to know anything.

Lilly was very attentive and gave us answers to questions quickly and confidentially. She also patiently answered my 4 yr old when she asked silly questions.
