The assistant that served us, Lorand was very attentive, making sure that he found out exactly what it was I needed and he showed me a few different mattresses to try out. Eventually after spending some time talking me through the best type of mattress for my needs I tried the Wakefield D mattress. I was very happy and went ahead buying it. I look forward to it arriving and having a great nights sleep. Fantastic service from the Livingston store and Lorand, I will most definatley be back again!

your staff were very helpful and also very nice ,once contact was made they left you alone to look at your products but at hand to answer any questions (not follow you around if you were a thief)hate that

The young man, (Lorand) was very knowledgeable about the products, he gave good advice and was not pushy in any way. We had just left the nearby Benson's for Beds and his approach was much more helpful and informative. He even gave me some points on how the bed frames should be built.

Friendly and helpful staff, they were aware of the product they were selling and any issues they had ie computer down they explained the reason for this. Aldo offered a refreshment which was really nice but not sure if this is only offered to people who actuary ugly buy from the store or if offered to potential customers

Kim greeted us as soon as we entered the store. She immediately made us feel that we were important and valued customers. I was buying a mattress for my mother and Kim made certain that she she got the best mattress to meet her needs. She made my mother feel that she was really interested and cared about her work. It was clear that Kim knew the business and understood how to meet the needs of her customers. Mum is in her 80s, has physical disabilities and is almost deaf. Kim was so patient and caring. She is an excellent example of someone who really cares about customer service.

The overall experience was excellent because the shop assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, polite and never pushy. Not in your face all the time away attending to other customers or other tasks around the store. Always made sure she told us where she was and on hand whenever needed. Your assistant in store made me and my wife fell very relaxed and made the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you
