The staff are very friendly and helpful and they know their products. I had been in the store before making purchases and got the same sales assistant Lilly who remembered me she was very helpful and effiecient and helped me back out to my car. i would highly recommend Dreams

Your staff member Lorand made us feel very welcome. He knew what he was talking about and made sure we got the right type of mattress we liked. Your prices beat all of your competitors in the area and we left feeling happy with our purchase. This is not the first time we have chosen to use Dreams and it wont be our last.

This is the second time we have purchased from your store, previously purchasing all our bedroom furniture and we will certainly return, as everytime we visit the store the staff are so polite and friendly and will let you browse if you wish but are always available if needed for advice. Was looking for a new mattress and the mmeber of staff who served me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and there was agood range of mattresses in stock

Our Assistant Lilly was the best .. so much so that we had actually been in store the previous day .. came home to check out the website prices .. and then decided to return to the Livingston store to actually purchase our new bed and mattress, quilt and mattress protector. Lilly was extremely helpful showing us all the options available, explaining everything in full and answered all our questions. She showed excellent knowledge of the products and was happy and cheerful !! (even tho it was Easter Sunday!!).. in fact all the staff in the store made us feel welcome and they all seemed to enjoy working together as a team!!
