Staff were extremely helpful and the process was very easy and straight forward

Got the bed I needed. But would have got a dearer mattress until I was told about the delivery charge which I think should be included in the overall price as this put me off getting something else dearer

The assistant really listened to us and found the best product for us and within our price range

The staff were fabulous and couldn't have been more positive and helpful

Friendly staff and very chatty, nice and helpful and not pushy.

I phoned to change the date of delivery after leaving the store. The girl said it was changed to another date and that I would get confirmation if the new delivery date in an email a few minutes later, but this didn't happen. I had to return to the store the next day to change the date in person.

I was satisfied. Highly satisfied calls for and extreme of service . I do not think this is to be expected in a short visit to the store when I knew what I was looking for. The attention I got was very adequate friendly and informative . I would not expect it to more than this.

I had found a product on line but it was not available to see in store. Staff still able to order it for me.

I was informed that any discounts to products will be honored prior to delivery date
