Very pleased how staff approached me. Staff were helpful but not forceful in any way which allowed me time to browse in peace and consider the various options available to purchase. This was my first visit to Dreams. I was met by the staff member shortly after I entered and she was very friendly. She listened to my needs and gave me options but was in no way pushy. The process of ordering was swift from start to finish which pleased me. Covid mitigations were well managed
