Felt like kasim had learned what he said off a script. Talked far too fast too take it all in. He obviously had to get points across that are set by the company. We knew what we were after when we visited the store so he had a sale in the bag. No expression on his face at all. Just another sale for him. I take it they work on commission.

It was quite a long wait to process the order. Not enough computers. I'm being pedantic but was with my 3 year old so had to keep him amused. The staff were ace. I remember Steph and Ladour? Forgive the spelling!!

We only used dreams Livingston we have nothing to compare against. Sales representative was more than helpful. Explained products. Shop lay out good. When you don’t buy a mattress often the variety can be confusing. Staff were also great with our young child who is a bit loud and energetic. Price of mattress are very high but again this was due to our expectation prior to visit nothing to compare against.

AS YOU CAN SEE FROM OUR ORDER WE ORDERED A POCKET PRESTIGE 2800 SK MATTRESS. THE ASSISTANT TOLD US ABOUT THE 40 DAYS RETURN POLICY. AT THE TIME WE WERE GOING BETWEEN 2 OPTIONS AND CHOSE THE MORE EXPENSIVE ONE. AFTER EVERYTHING HAD GONE THROUGH THE SYSTEM I ASKED THE ASSISTANCE ON THE WAY OUT "IF WE DONT LIKE THIS MATTRESS AND GO FOR THE OTHER ONE WILL WE GET A REFUND AND IT IS CHEAPER?" NO WAS THE ANSWER! THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING AS YOU CAN SEE WE HAVE SPENT A CONSIDRABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY WITH YOUR COMPANY AND FEEL WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS BEFORE EVERYTHING WENT THROUGH AND THE SALE WAS COMPLETE. WE REALLY FEEL DREAMS SHOULD BE CONFIDENT AND LOYAL TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND REFUND IF NEEDED. Hopefully we will love our bed and this will not be an issue.

On first visit to store sales assistant was relatively new in the job and still finding her feet. However she was obviously keen to help and sought out answers from more experienced colleagues. Second visit on 8th January was simply to purchase the mattress.

Staff member was abrupt and rude. I felt rushed and poorly informed. I had wanted to purchase that bed for a long time and bought it on Boxing Day in the sale. Had I not wanted that bed so badly I would have not completed the sale due to staff members attitude and incompetence
