I was not fully satisfied with the experience at dreams because there was a sale on certain products but was not on all products throughout the store so was not consistent and fair on pricing

It was a satisfying experience but I wouldn't say highly. I was impressed but not bowled over. I'm not sure how special the 'ends today' sales were as they seemed to still be going on so it wasn't clear where the big savings were. I was unaware if I would have saved any money than waiting another week when the timing would've been better.

I feel the products are highly priced compared to online alternatives but paying a premium for the comfort exchange and chance to test out options in store.

we are satisfied but to date do not yet have our product so cant comment on whole experience. we did have a problem as we had not brought enough information with us.. Steph waited while I went to get further information. this caused her to stay after her finishing time..... well done Steph!!!

There appeared to be a price difference between the items seen on the web site and the eventual cost at the shop. The named beds were not viewed in the shop.

Mattresses are not displayed in-store by any logical means - Price OR softness level. Made the shopping experience more lengthy than was necessary.

because I was merely satisfied. Being "highly satisfied" implies that I received some extra dimension to what was a fairly routine shopping trip. The experience was satidfacory nothing more.
