I just wanted a bed and the guy was trying to give us the hard sell I was not happy with that sorry

Although we did get asked for help by various staff members, when it did come to wanting help it was bit rushed and was more about sale. I had made up my mind but would just liked bit more discussion about matresses etc

it was fine

I think the delivery dates are too far apart from when the product was ordered

The staff were very friendly and when asked a question could take you to the product in question

I asked NOT to be contacted by email regarding my purchase especially form a marketing department

Rather than let us look around in the first instance, we were followed through out giving little time to see for ourselves what was on offer. We were being given constant advice re products which I do not like prefering to make up my own mind which I did anyway.

I felt the sales assistant could have been clearer about the pillows she added to our bill. Neither myself or my partner heard her mention having pillows as an added extra the whole duration of our visit. Only once she recapped the order I heard she had added the 2 pillows on for £135, the order was then amended to have these removed.

i think sales person was new in this store, seemed a little stressed. She was trying very hard to pleased us, but we could see she was a little bit stressed out. Dont get me wrong she was lovely, i felt bad she felt that way.

Highly is not something I use lightly, I was very satisfied with the way your employee "Lilly" dealt with us.
