Great assistance, friendly and staff, good patience of staffs.

The staff were all friendly and especially Robyn who served us. She was prompt at approaching us and was very helpful and knowledgeable and overall a lovely lady who made us feel comfortable.

Stephanie approached us right away and asked if we required assistance which we did as we knew the mattress we were looking for we just wanted to have a feel of it first before buying. She offered us different options such as pillows to try whilst trying out the bed. She was really friendly and it was a fast process for ordering the mattress.

I was able to check that the store had the mattress I wanted online, and was then able to pay for it in the store and take it home with me.

Such a pleasant experience from start to finish, loved the machine that told us what mattresses would suit us. That was one of the main reasons we picked Dreams. Samantha was very helpful and left us plenty of time to try out the mattress we had decided on.

Found the experience very smooth due to the friendliness and the wealth of knowledge that both members of staff gave us it is not very often you are offered a refreshment when purchasing a bed both members of the team who were called jon/John made us feel very welcome and relaxed well done and thank you

The manager John was very efficient in dealing with our order. Store was clean and staff were following all social distancing and wearing face masks.

Samantha was very helpful as were the rest of the staff, we were offered a drink of water as we went through the purchase and the process was done within 5-10mins which was nice. I was very happy that delivery is free of charge.
