There was nothing exceptional that happened to warrant the highly satisfied rating. Nothing was wrong though

Although assistant was well informed there was some confusion over the colours and styles of beds available for the size and type we were looking for. After our visit we were contacted to be told the colour we had selected for the base was not in fact available. This was not a problem but prevented me selecting the 'highly satisfied' category.

Deviverly charges should be included in the price ... make a virtue of free delivery or offer money off for self collect

I ordered the kendal d mattress. This will only be delivered to my new house on 18th June. I explained I don't currently have a mattress at my new home therfore the date wasn't what I had in mind. I was advised I would receive a phone call on Tuesday once they spoke to the warehouse with a better date... Never head back from anyone.

Only one member of staff in the store. This member couldnt have been more helpfull or plesant but had to deal with many requests on their time

The assistant was very attentive

Seemed to sit a long time going through paperwork. But did not realise at the time that the assistant was still quite new to the computer system. This did not detract from the service we received from the assistant who was genuinely interested in ensuring that we picked the right bed for us.

Quite expensive
