Only on placement of order did delivery charges get raised. Confusion over whether it was free to store for collection existed between sales staff. Collection available but not from store, but rather warehouse a distance away. This is poor customer care in my view and should be clearly communicated. After purchase which my son is going to collect for me to save the additional charges, I was made aware that you do give free delivery but this is if placed on line for same product at same cost. This would appear to be double standards and again not communicated or offered by your branch staff when discussing delivery options and charges........poor show Dreams.

The order confirmation showed that the wrong bed had been ordered - it was Lisbon with black microfibre which I didn't know existed as an option. So it was just lucky that I looked it up. I asked for the brown leatherette just like the display item. When I phoned the staff member was unclear and actually suggested that I might be better just to leave it and did I not think the black microfibre would do? No!!!!!!! So 24 hours later and with 48 hours until the original delivery date, I've heard nothing since and there is no answer at the store when I call. I think I will be cancelling the order as I'm about to move house and really can't do with this.

I think the price for delivery is very high. Not everyone has a big enough car or access to a van to transport item home and £39 to deliver a £99 mattress was very steep. However as I needed the mattress and the mattress itself was a good price i didn't have a choice!

Dreams is exceptionally expensive and I found the same product for 300 less.

Offered insurance quotation on new mattress and cost of recycling of the old mattress. When I declined both the price of both was slashed by 50%! This left a bad taste in the mouth as if dreams were happy to rip me off with the full price before halving it out of desperation.

I would not go back. I had made a simple selection: bed & mattress. I do not need lectures about mattress protectors, insurance, mattress recycling etc. There is now extra expense on my order that I did not need. I hate being put under pressure and I will never visit a Dreams store again.

I was asked for a mobile number re delivery. I don''t have a mobile phone. The salesman was insistent that this was necessary for delivery. He wan't happy to accept my landline number. I was almost forced to give a neighbour's mob number, and found this totally unsatisfactory! I also resent such a high charge for delivery! £55 sounds extorsionit for a large be single mattress!. Had I not been disabled, I would have asked for my cash back, and gone elsewhere!

I was satisfied at the product I bought however the discount that was said to be given to us was not actually what we got When I checked the price of items online the mattress protector would have been free and on the instate receipt it was made out to be a discount as we bought a vip bed and mattress so I'm not to pleased about being led to believe we saved £40 extra when in fact we would have got it free in any case.

I was charged £39 for delivery of a single mattress. When I went home I checked online and could have got free delivery. Very annoyed

It took ages to get help, first assistant was moving from customer to customer, had to ask someone else for help, should not have had to wait as long
