I felt very offended my 10year old son my 65 year old Mother, My Wife invested around 2 hours time to finalise the items in the shop. They have to sleep on the floor. And his careless answer of cancelling order felt us very much offended to be treated by a customer service executive who should be polite in responding was bluntly rude in telling he wont accept our order and cancel. When i told him i will raise a compliant regarding this he immediately changed his words and saying when did i say i will cancel the order. I felt the response unprofessional. I am raising this compliant to discourage such RUDE behaviour of your customer services executives Like Umran. And be polite to the customer and be attentive to the details when his with customer. umran customer service is very Rude not expected from a reputed organisation like dreams . I will never ever visit the store if the same kind of rude customer service present at the store who don't know how to speak with the customers. Inspire of we willing to buy the items he spoke rudely saying that he will not take our order and later changed his words and accepted which looks very unprofessional. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR

I was exchanging a pillow which I had purchased as a gift 3 weeks before. The gift recipient said they would prefer a soft pillow instead of a firm one, so I decided to exchange it. When I gave your staff member my receipt for the exchange, he asked me whether "I had been sleeping on it" because I had bought it "months ago." I explained the situation (that I bought it right before Christmas as a gift), but he continued to be rude and condescending.

I was highly satisfied with the service provided. The store assistant explained the options and recommended a suitable product for our needs.

I had a lady who didn't know how to use the computer system so I was in store for 2 hours! All I wanted was a mattress. Yes she knew her stuff about the mattress and the pillows and protectors I got but the speed of her computer skills and having to double check spelling and clicking the wrong thing was really annoying as I had things to do. Then my mattress never arrived for a further 3 weeks as there was a mess up with delivery and I only got the mattress the other day as 8pm had to wait 4 hours to put any linen on it. And I work from 4am in the morning... I contact customer service and a lady called Rebecca offers me £50 as a good will gesture and I refuse she then says £70 and that's her final offer. Well she was rude and has obviously never had to sleep on an inflatable bed for 3 weeks while a company can't get their staff to order things correctly and read a map correctly!

I purchased a bed in store believing I had 48 hours to amend. It was not clear that an ammendment was not a cancellation . I called the store but got no answer the same evening. The next day I spoke to the store who were very pleasant but advised to talk to customer services as they did not have the power to cancel the order. On calling customer services they advised I would need to speak to cancellations who were too busy at the time but would return my call. I understand they don't work weekends and didn't call back on Friday so I am now stressed waiting to see if they can be of help on Monday I did complete an online request for help but have seen nothing from that either. . The store were very pleasant just didn't clarify terms and conditions . Only personal reasons have given me the need to cancel . The the goods were not the problem. The inability to speak to someone about the detail is my frustration.

I was very satisfied with the experience. The assistant was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Couldn't do enough to help me.

It was the fact that while placing my order I tried to tell the salesman when I was looking for it to be delivered. He said it's ok we'll get to that in a minute, you can pick a day & time for delivery. After paying for my goods, which in total came to over £1200. He then tells me that delivery will be 2-4 weeks!! This was not acceptable as I am getting the keys to my new house on fri & moving in on Monday 6th so need it by then. The earliest delivery date he gave me was the 16th July. So I've had to cancel my order & go elsewhere. Which is a shame as I loved the mattress I had picked . I don't understand how it takes so long for delivery when I am able to get a similar mattress from another company within a few days. It would have saved me a lot of time if he had just listened to me in the first place!!
