I visited Dreams looking to upgrade to a king size mattress for my new house, I require a soft mattress due to a fractured disc in my back so I already had one chosen online and went to the store to try it out. As soon as I entered I was aimlessly wandering looking for it when Steph came to ask if I needed help. She gave me a pillow with cover and led me over to my chosen mattress. She left me to try it in my own time and after a short time came to check what I thought. I wasn't sure it was as soft as expected so she suggested trying the sleep match machine which after completing gave some suggestions. I tried one which was down as a medium but felt way softer than the one I chose online. Steph explained this was because it was memory foam. I advised my house wouldn't be ready for another month and the delivery timescale was showing as 10 days online, she explained I could choose any day on the computer and if the building work still wasn't completed I could delay the delivery further. I felt satisfied and ordered the mattress Steph recommended rather than the one I looked at online.

I had made an appointment and we were greeted by Jon he was very helpful and polite he talked us through the Sleepmatch and asked what we were looking for. showed us round explaining each mattress and making sure we understood what we were trying and gave us any additional information we asked for. Once we were happy to make a decision he showed us to the desk where he offered us some water while we processed the order.

The staff member Stephi was so knowledgeable friendly and just all round brilliant. Her manager did but it a few times which was a bit annoying as we were more than happy to deal with her. She is an asset to your company.
