The sales adviser (Robyn) was excellent. She took the time to fully explain the products available and the options available to me. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and took the time to fully answer all my questions.

Friendly staff, not pushy, knowledgeable. Liked the machine which found the right mattresses for us.

The customer service assistant Jon was very helpful and very friendly would definitely come back

Went to buy single beds for my boys staff who where working where very helpful took time to go through different options with me then let me look round to see what I liked

The overall shopping experience was first class, I personally don't cope with sales people very well but the fella who attended to us was brilliant very open and easy going while doing his job to a very high standard ,first time I've experienced this ,satisfied all round and glad I was convinced by my wife to give the shop a chance

Steph who was our assistant was most helpful and knowledgable in the beds that we looked at and also gave us space to talk things over as to what bed we wanted to purchase.

It was just a very straight forward experience from start to finish the staff were not pushy at all and gave myself and my partner time and space to chat things over, and were always happy to help with any questions we had. Once we had decided which bed to go for Steph was more than happy to help get it ordered for us and help with arranging a delivery date to suit us. Great experience all round

First of all the machine we were put in was amazing (sleep machine?) it’s about time there was some science behind buying a mattress as we didn’t have a clue! Jon who served us was so helpful and friendly. He even helped us across 2 visits as we were so indecisive. His knowledge and advice were crucial in choosing our new mattress he really knew his stuff. We trusted him to help us make an educated decision on a product rather than simply trying to sell something which was a welcome change from the other shops we visited. Really can’t praise the customer service enough. Overall It was a really great experience.
