Samantha at your Livingston branch was amazing. Very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. She was especially good at dealing with our children and helping to keep them occupied while we bought our mattress. First class service without feeling pressured into buying anything.

Exceptional personalised service from Steph who had great product knowledge and was able to show us a variety of options. Steph also allowed us time on our own to revisit beds but was available close by to answer any questions. Professional and personable.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Jon (Livingston Store) and given friendly top notch customer service. The store was warm and it was a warm day too and both my dad and I were offered water at various points in our visit. The technology shown to us was very eye opening and made me realise a lot about the importance of a quality mattress. Everything about our visit was great.

The bedroom furniture I have ordered is of a high standard. Jon (229A 020089) at the Livingston, West Lothian branch was very efficient and friendly whilst discussing my selection of furniture and answering my questions. I would highly recommend the Livingston store.
