The salesman Jon was very friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the merchandise and gave me good advice. As my husband and I are in our seventies And he is disabled I was happy to discover that your crew take the bed upstairs and assemble it.

During our visit we didn't feel pressured to buy and we weren't "nagged" by the sales team like in some other shops. We were allowed to go at our own pace and spend as long as we wanted trying mattresses and measuring bed frames. Robyn (Livingston store) was friendly and knowledgeable and we enjoyed our shopping experience at dreams.

The Livingston store member of staff Samantha was very professional. She greeted us at the door and asked what we were looking for then explained as it was a mattress that she recommended the new technology to provide the information regarding our specific requirements. She explained fully the mattresses and with no sales pressure but an extremely helpful manner which helped us make the decision to purchase a mattress.
